Buyer's Fees

This is the transaction fee that is applied on top of the auction price

Purchases up to $10, 000: 12.5%

Purchases $10,001-$30,000: 4.8% (with $1,250 min. fee)

Purchases $30,000+: $1,500

Payments can be made by cash, etransfer(beekmanauctions@gmail.com), credit card, wire, or certified cheque. 

*fees subject to change leading up to auction and a 3% processing fee will be charged to all credit card transactions

Seller's Fees

We want to be transparent with our commissions so there are no surprises for our sellers.

Consignment Lot Fee $25 per lot

Lots Requiring Registration $150 per lot

$0 to $500: 30%

$501 to $1,500: 25%

$1,501 to $2,500: 20%

7

$2,501 to $10,000: 15%

$10,001 to $19,999: 12.5%

$20,000+: 10%

Cheques will be mailed out to consignors within 10 business days of the auction

GST

GST (5%) will be charged on all non-exempt items sold at the auction.

BC PST

BC PST (7%) will be charged on purchases unless exemption paperwork is completed at the time of payment. To claim exemption, ensure you bring either your Farmer ID card or property tax folio number with you to the auction. This can be emailed ahead of time at: beekmanauctions@gmail.com. If you are not able to claim exemption at the auction you will be charged PST, but may be eligible to claim a refund through the province of BC if you are able to get appropriate documentation in place.
